 Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Sales Consultant for an on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, creating detailed travel plans, and making reservations. The Travel Sales Consultant will also manage travel arrangements, assist with booking flights and accommodations, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes managing inquiries, providing expert travel advice, and maintaining knowledge of travel trends and offers.

 Qualifications

Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating personalized travel plans

Expertise in Travel Arrangements, including organizing itineraries, flights, accommodations, and activities

Strong Customer Service and communication skills to address client needs and resolve inquiries

Proficiency in handling Reservations and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in bookings

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills

Knowledge of travel industry software and best practices is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work in a fast-paced environment
