Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international holiday packages
• Provide details on travel itineraries, pricing, and customizations
• Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable travel solutions
• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
• Meet monthly sales targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for travel and helping others plan amazing holidays
• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and in person
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
