With a growing base of young travelers, we’re now looking to expand our sales team with energetic, travel-passionate individuals.
Role OverviewAs a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for leads interested in our domestic and international trips. Your job is to build trust, answer queries, convert inquiries into bookings, and ensure a smooth pre-trip experience – all while building the TTS Family.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings through calls & messages.
- Clearly explain trip itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and expectations.
- Update lead status in CRM and maintain follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations team for availability, updates, and closures.
- Join occasional trips (1–2 per quarter) for training or guest experience insight.
What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (both spoken & written).
- Passion for travel and ability to relate to young, adventure-seeking travelers.
- Sales confidence – someone who enjoys closing deals and connecting with people.
- Basic familiarity with WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Open to both freshers and experienced travel sales candidates.
CompensationBase Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based; can go up to ₹1,00,000/month
