Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing customized tour packages, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

  • 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle travel enquiries and leads received through calls, WhatsApp and online platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
  • Prepare and sell Domestic & International Holiday Packages.
  • Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
  • Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into bookings.
  • Handle customer queries regarding hotels, sightseeing, transfers, packages and other travel services.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors and other suppliers for smooth trip execution.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Build good relationships with customers and generate repeat business/referrals.
  • 🎯 Requirements1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages / Tour Operations.
  • Good knowledge of popular Indian & International destinations.
  • Experience in selling holiday packages will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
  • Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
  • Hindi & English communication skills required.
