Two Wheeler Mechanic

About the Role - Battery Smart is a leading EV battery swapping network, enabling seamless and efficient mobility solutions.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable RSA 2 Wheeler Electrical Mechanic to support the maintenance and repair of electric two-wheelers and related electrical systems.

The role involves diagnosing electrical issues, repairing components, and resolving roadside assistance tickets within defined timelines.

This is a field and warehouse workshop-based role requiring hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, zone travel, and flexibility to work in Rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities;-

1.    Diagnose and repair electrical issues in electric two-wheelers.

2.    Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components such as wiring harnesses, controllers, lights, chargers, DC converters, and other related parts.

3.    Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of EV vehicles.

4.    Troubleshoot battery, charging, and electrical system-related issues.

5.    Attend and resolve RSA tickets by travelling within the assigned zone.

6.    Respond to vehicle breakdowns and provide on-site technical support within defined timelines.

7.    Conduct basic diagnostics using mobile applications or diagnostic tools.

8.    Coordinate with operations and field teams to resolve vehicle breakdowns and escalations.

9.    Maintain proper documentation of repairs and spare part usage.

10. Update ticket status, diagnosis, and resolution details through the designated mobile application.

11. Ensure all repairs are completed safely and as per defined quality standards.

12. Follow all safety protocols and field/workshop operational guidelines.

13. Have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a 2 Wheeler Mechanic or Electrical Technician.

14. Have a basic understanding of EV vehicle systems and electrical troubleshooting.

15. ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile is preferred.

16. Be comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.

17. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.

18. Be willing to work in field conditions and travel across the assigned zone.
