Job Description
- Counsel clients regarding tourist visas, visitor visas, and work permits for different countries.
- Explain visa eligibility, documentation requirements, application procedures, processing timelines, and applicable fees.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms and preparing supporting documents.
- Check client documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Provide information about work permits, employment visa processes, and employer-related documentation.
- Explain international tour packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and recommend suitable travel packages according to clients' budgets.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain client records, application status, follow-up details, and daily reports in Excel or CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams, travel partners, and authorized service providers.
- Maintain client confidentiality and provide honest, accurate information without guaranteeing visa approval.
