Job Description
About Idlinama:
Idlinama serves authentic Tamil Nadu and Chettinad cuisine - from soft idlis to Chettinad specialties - across breakfast, lunch, tiffin, and dinner. We're growing across Delhi NCR and looking for service staff who take pride in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly; take orders accurately
- Explain menu items, including Tamil Nadu/Chettinad specialties, to guests unfamiliar with the cuisine
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, correct order delivery
- Maintain table cleanliness and restock service stations
- Handle billing and basic POS operations
- Address guest requests and escalate complaints per company policy
- Follow hygiene and grooming standards at all times
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality service (freshers welcome)
- Basic spoken Hindi required; English helpful but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
- Physically fit for extended standing and walking
- Polite, guest-first attitude
