Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, website and other channels
• Check orders, verify stock availability, pick and pack products accurately
• Generate invoices, shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch with courier partners
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update inward/outward stock movement
• Reconcile physical stock with system and conduct regular stock checks
• Monitor low stock and ensure proper SKU-wise organization and storage
• Handle returns, RTO and exchanges; inspect returned products and update records
• Identify damaged/missing items and report discrepancies
• Coordinate daily pickups, track shipments and resolve logistics issues
• Maintain dispatch reports, order logs and inventory MIS in Excel/Google Sheets
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and ensure proper labeling and storage
• Assist in stock receiving, audits and overall smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce operations, order processing, inventory or dispatch.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using computers and e-commerce/order management platforms.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle physical warehouse activities including picking, packing and stock handling.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Shiprocket or similar platforms will be an advantage.
