Warehouse & Order Processing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Pick products from inventory according to orders.
• Pack products safely and accurately for shipment.
• Check products and quantities before packing.
• Print and attach shipping labels, invoices, and other required documents.
• Maintain and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Assist with regular stock counting and inventory checks.
• Keep records of stock movement and orders.
• Ensure the warehouse and packing area remain clean and organized.
• Receive incoming stock and properly arrange products in the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading cartons and goods whenever required.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for order pickups and dispatches.
• Handle basic computer work related to orders, inventory, and data entry.
• Perform other day-to-day operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets will be an advantage.
• Must know how to drive.
• Willingness to handle physical work, including loading and unloading cartons.
• Should be physically active and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail while packing and processing orders.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as with a team.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in warehouse, packing, e-commerce, or order processing is an advantage but not mandatory.
