Job Title: Shopify Website & Catalogue Executive

About Qazmi: Qazmi is a women’s ethnic wear brand known for contemporary styles and Kashmiri Aari embroidery. We are looking for someone to manage our Shopify website and keep every product listing accurate.

Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings with correct titles, descriptions, images, prices, sizes, fabric details, inventory and care information.
• Check garment and embroidery details against approved product information before publishing.
• Organise products into the right collections and maintain filters, tags and website navigation.
• Update homepage banners, promotional content and basic website pages.
• Check product pages, carts and checkout on mobile and desktop; report and follow up on issues.
• Manage routine settings and day-to-day operations of Shopify apps, coordinating with app support when needed.
• Track out-of-stock products, listing errors and customer feedback; make timely corrections.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store and product catalogue.
• Strong attention to detail, good written English and confidence using spreadsheets.
• Ability to coordinate with the design, merchandising and customer support teams.
• Basic understanding of website merchandising and the online shopping experience.
