YouTube Manager / YouTube Content & Video Manager

We are looking for a YouTube Manager who can take complete ownership of our YouTube channel—from content planning and video shooting to editing, publishing, scheduling, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate should understand what makes content work on YouTube and be able to turn our expertise in coins, currency and numismatics into engaging videos that attract collectors and new audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop a YouTube content strategy based on trends, audience interests and channel goals.
• Create a monthly/weekly content calendar with video ideas, topics and formats.
• Coordinate and shoot videos with Sir, including interviews, educational videos, product videos, Shorts and other content.
• Handle video editing for both YouTube long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.
• Create engaging hooks, titles, descriptions and CTAs for videos.
• Schedule and publish videos on YouTube with proper SEO, tags, keywords, playlists.
• Research competitors and conduct content comparison to identify successful formats, topics and opportunities.
• Regularly analyse YouTube Analytics including views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, engagement and subscriber growth.
• Identify what is working and what is not, and continuously improve the content strategy.
• Keep track of YouTube trends, formats and relevant topics to generate new content ideas.
• Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts and other content wherever possible.
• Monitor overall channel growth and prepare periodic performance reports.

Requirements

• 0.5–1 years of experience in YouTube management, content creation or digital media.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics.
• Good video shooting and editing skills.
• Experience with editing tools such as CapCut or similar.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, titles, retention and CTR.
• Strong content research and competitor analysis skills.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to independently plan and execute content from idea → shoot → edit → publish → analyse.
• A creative mindset with an understanding of what makes videos engaging and clickable.

Preferred

• Experience managing a YouTube channel or creator account.
• Experience with YouTube Shorts and short-form content.
• Basic thumbnail design skills.
• Candidates with previous YouTube work will be preferred.
