Academic Head – B.Tech & Diploma ProgramsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and academically strong Academic Head to lead and manage academic operations for our B.Tech and Diploma programs across multiple universities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring academic quality, curriculum alignment, and smooth execution of university-related academic activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee university syllabi, assignments, academic schedules, examinations, and other academic activities across multiple universities.
• Ensure academic content and delivery are aligned with university guidelines and curriculum requirements.
• Coordinate with universities, faculty, academic teams, and internal stakeholders for smooth academic operations.
• Monitor the quality and timely delivery of academic content, assignments, and learning resources.
• Support the development and improvement of academic processes, curriculum, and student learning outcomes.
• Identify academic gaps and implement solutions to improve the overall student learning experience.
• Lead and guide the academic team responsible for B.Tech and Diploma programs.
• Eligibility & RequirementsB.Tech/B.E. is mandatory.
• M.Tech/M.E./PhD will be preferred.
• Prior experience in an EdTech company, university, college, or academic operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of B.Tech and Diploma curricula and university academic processes.
• Experience in managing academic activities across multiple universities will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced EdTech environment and manage multiple academic requirements simultaneously.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone with a strong technical/academic background, preferably with B.Tech and relevant experience in higher education or EdTech, who can take ownership of academic operations and ensure high standards of quality and execution.
