Job Description


  • Transaction Recording: Enter daily financial entries, payments, and receipts into the accounting system using double-entry principles.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor bills, issue client invoices, and track incoming or outgoing payments.
  • Working in TDS, GST and ITR.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, trial balances, and basic financial statements.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure transactions follow financial policies and support internal or external audits with requested documentation.
