Salary-15,000 – 20,000 p

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Maintain accounting records using Tally and MS Excel.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with GST and taxation-related work.
• Maintain bank statements and assist with bank reconciliation.
• Handle bank-related activities* including occasional bank visits for official work.
• Coordinate with banks for cheque deposits, documentation, and other routine banking requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and maintaining financial data.
• Support the senior accountant in daily finance and accounting operations.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and taxation.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and banking procedures
• Comfortable with occasional bank visits for official work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / relevant qualification
• 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant accounting experience.
• Practical knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, taxation, and banking activities preferred.
