Job Description

Profile : Account Executive

Location : Noida Sector 63

Experience : 1 to 2 Years

Salary : 20,000 to 22,000 (Based On Interview)


*Key Responsibilities*


● Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions

● Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances

● Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

● Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow statements

● Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

● Manage TDS, GST, ITR, ESIC, and PF calculations

● Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits

● Process invoices, expense statements, and vendor payments

● Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

● Support management with financial data and reports as required
