Role: Accounts Executive - Day Book Keeping


Location:Noida, Sector 41 | Shift: 9 Hours


*Role Summary:*

Responsible for Outlet Day Book preparation, sales accuracy, pending advance order control, commission settlement in Tally, MIS tracker updates, and team support.


*Key Responsibilities:*


* Prepare outlet-wise Day Books (Rista sales, invoices, EDC/Paytm matching)

* Ensure sales accuracy and rectify wrong punching

* Track pending advance orders, refunds, and month-end reports

* Daily commission settlement in Tally (bank vs settlement matching)

* Update MIS trackers (Day Book, Cashier, Pending Advance)

* Support team through review, query resolution, and basic training
