Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission inquiries.
- Guide students through the admission process and documentation.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and walk-ins.
- Maintain and update student data in CRM or admission system.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to convince and guide students.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in education counselling or sales will be preferred.
- SalaryAs per industry standards + performance incentives.
