Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Admissions Counselor to guide students through the enrollment process for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), MBA, and PGDM programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students and parents regarding course selection, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Manage end-to-end admissions pipeline, from handling initial lead inquiries and conducting campus tours to final documentation and fee collection.
- Conduct profile evaluations to help candidates choose appropriate profiles for competitive MBA and PGDM selections.
- Achieve enrollment targets through cold calling, follow-ups, and organizing educational fairs or seminars.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in educational counseling, student recruitment, or sales.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
