About the Role

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and goal-oriented Admission Sales Agent to join our team.

In this role, you will talk directly to students and parents who want to study overseas. Your goal will be to guide them, answer their questions, and help them enroll in our overseas education services.

Key Responsibilities

• Call & Follow Up: Contact leads (students and parents who expressed interest) via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Guide Students: Understand student requirements, suggest suitable study-abroad options, and explain how ScholarMove can help them.
• Close Sales: Convert leads into registered clients for our consultancy.
• Manage Documents: Assist students with collecting necessary documents for admission applications.
• Track Lead Progress: Keep records of daily calls, student details, and sales progress in our CRM system.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly student enrollment targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good Communication Skills: Clear speaking and writing skills in English (and local languages if applicable).
• Sales Mindset: Active listening skills, persuasive talking, and a drive to reach targets.
• Customer-Focused: Patient and empathetic when helping parents and students make big decisions.
• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using basic CRM tools, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
• Prior Experience (Preferred): Experience in telesales, education counseling, inside sales, or customer support is a plus.
