Job Description - AyuScholar Education is looking for a detail-oriented BAMS Doctor – Academic Coordinator to ensure the accuracy, quality, and effective delivery of academic content for AIAPGET preparation batches.

The selected candidate will work directly with Doctors (AIAPGET AIR-1, MS – AIIA) and the academic team, gaining hands-on experience in Ayurveda content verification, academic quality control, document preparation, and online class and test coordination.

Key Responsibilities-

. Review Ayurveda study notes, test papers, and course materials for factual errors, incorrect references, shloka mismatches, and answer-key mistakes.

• Prepare and format structured, student-friendly academic documents and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate live Zoom classes, including scheduling, attendance tracking, screen sharing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Manage online test platforms, including question uploads, test settings, and result verification.
• Perform final quality checks before academic content is shared with students.
• Maintain consistent formatting, document versions, and an organized content archive.
• Coordinate with faculty and the design team to ensure timely delivery of academic materials.

Eligibility Criteria -

. BAMS graduate with a strong understanding of Ayurveda Samhitas and core Ayurveda subjects.

• Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Good written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Willingness to work from the Noida office and learn in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Preferred Qualifications-

• Candidates who have appeared for AIAPGET.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, academic content development, or proofreading.
• Fresh BAMS graduates with a strong foundation in Ayurveda are welcome to apply.
