Job Description

Job Title: Barista / Steward / CashierLocation: Theo’s

Department: Front of House

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista / Steward / Cashier to join Theo’s team. This role involves preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:Barista Duties:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to Theo’s standards
  • Operate coffee machines and maintain equipment hygiene
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
  • Recommend menu items to customers

Cashier Duties:

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments
  • Maintain proper billing and transaction records
  • Address basic customer queries and resolve issues politely

Steward Duties:

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations
  • Clear and reset tables promptly
  • Assist in dishwashing and general kitchen support when needed
