Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Pitch services such as Social Media Marketing, PPC, Website Development, etc. 

• Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) and deliver presentations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Should have basic knowledge about AI (ChatGPT, Claud, Gemini).

• Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.

• Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SMO, Fb Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (optional).

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Prior experience in sales or digital marketing is mandatory.
