Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our real estate projects, generate leads, and schedule client meetings or site visits for the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain company projects, property details, pricing, and available offers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and customer feedback in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested prospects to improve conversion opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and client requirements.
• Achieve daily calling targets and assigned performance goals.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or telesales; real estate experience is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
