Job Description

Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive at Cloudshope, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling of our Cloud Telephony & Automation solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:-
  • Identify, qualify, and generate leads through online research, networking, and outbound calls.
  • Present and promote Cloudshope’s products/services via demos, presentations, and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals in CRM.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:-
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
