Business Development Executive (BDE)Company: Xziant Communication Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the RoleXziant Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
The role involves connecting with potential customers through calls, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable products/services, following up with interested customers, and converting leads into sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain products/services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer questions and objections.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain proper customer and lead records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in BDE, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation will be an advantage.
Salary & Incentives₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month + attractive incentives
