Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring Business Development Executives and Business Development associates, who are passionate about sales and want to grow with us.

In this role, you don’t need to search for clients – we will provide you with qualified leads. – Your job is simple: call the leads, explain our services, and close the deal. 

Location -: Noida- Sector 63, H Block- 207, ILD Business Center, Office no.

Salary-: 14,000 to 55,000 /-Per Month

Eligibility Required : Key Responsibilities:  Contact provided leads through phone calls, Dialer, WhatsApp, or email.  Explain company products/services in a clear and convincing manner.  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tools. Graduate / Pursuing Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field Build trust with prospects and convert them into paying clients.

Maintain follow-up with interested leads until closure.  Achieve individual sales targets to maximize incentives.

Requirements:  Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling (Freshers with confidence are welcome).  Self-motivated and result-oriented.  Comfortable with target-based role.
