Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers/retailers/merchants, developing business relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, networking, and online channels.

• Acquire new users, retailers, merchants, distributors, agents, and business partners.

• Promote RechargeToday products and services to potential customers and business partners.

• Explain the benefits, features, pricing, and services offered by RechargeToday.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers/partners.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

• Collect market feedback and communicate customer requirements to the relevant teams.

• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term partner relationships.
