Job Description

About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Connect with prospective clients through calls and follow-ups to understand their debt-related concerns.

2. Explain Settle Pro's services and guide clients through the onboarding process.

3. Manage and nurture leads to improve conversions and client engagement.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely assistance.

5. Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the Google Sheets.

7. Generate referrals and contribute to business growth initiatives.
