Joining Status: Immediate or Early Joiner

Role Objective:-

Build and manage a territory-level pipeline of factories, skill institutes, worker-pool owners and Mass Data Partners that can consistently produce high-quality accepted data.

Ideal Candidate Background:-

· Ground-oriented B2B/field sales professional who is comfortable meeting decision-makers and working across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad.

· Preferred backgrounds: industrial sales to manufacturing, Fire safety product sale, Industrial equipment sales , ERP-HRMS-Payroll Software-SAAS based service sales, MRO sales,staffing/manpower networks, vocational/skill training, recruitment, automotive/electronics service networks, field operations or B2B partnerships.

· Strong local relationship-building ability; able to identify a concentrated pool of 10–50+ relevant workers rather than relying on one-by-one shop acquisition.

· Good communication, negotiation, follow-up, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

· Basic Excel/Google Sheets/CRM capability.

· Willingness to spend substantial time on the ground and manage daily execution discipline.

Responsibilities:-

· Identify and onboard suitable factories, EPCs, skill institutes, workshops, worker-network owners and Mass Data Partners.

· Build territory-wise high-density worker-pool sources capable of recurring recording hours.

· Own assigned Premium Data production capacity and coordinate with the Assistant/Ground Execution team.

· Build relationships with decision-makers and network owners; explain the approved ManuData proposition.

· Handle objections relating to recording, worker participation, disruption, confidentiality, payment and operational requirements.

· Ensure every source follows onboarding, consent, safety, confidentiality and recording protocols.

· Track recording hours, accepted hours, rejection reasons, downtime and unresolved issues.

· Resolve ground-level issues quickly and escalate critical matters.

· Maintain CRM/MIS and submit daily/weekly reports.

· Suggest SOP improvements based on field learnings.

· Expand the partner network and improve accepted-data production within the territory.

· Work toward accepted-data targets, not merely meetings or tie-ups.
