Job Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

* Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.

* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

* Develop business strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.

* Research market trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.

* Prepare business development reports and provide regular updates to management.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

* 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Strong ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

* Good relationship-building and client-handling skills.

* Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

* Monthly Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000, depending on experience and skills.
