Job DescriptionMoneyTree Realty Services Ltd is hiring a motivated Business Development Manager for real estate sales and client acquisition.

  • ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits
  • Achieve sales targets and close deals
  • Maintain client database and follow-ups

Requirements

1+ years of experience in real estate sales/business development

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
