Business Development & Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling digital leads, client communication, follow-ups, and supporting the sales and marketing team in generating business opportunities.

The role involves connecting with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their property requirements, sharing relevant project details, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The candidate will also help schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and online platforms.
• Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, property type, and investment needs.
• Share project information, pricing, offers, and payment plans with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate and schedule property site visits.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements:

• Freshers / 0–1 year experience are welcome.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms is an added advantage.
