The Common Table Company Pvt. Ltd. is a food business based in Noida that runs its own brands. Our in-house gourmet fast food brand, DotDash, takes familiar fast food and makes it with chef-level technique, quality ingredients and consistency. We're growing, and we want someone who will grow with us. This isn't a stopgap role.

The Role

We're hiring a Chef de Partie to run the kitchen operations of our gourmet fast food brand day to day. You'll own execution on the line. You'll also help shape the systems, menu and team we need to scale to new outlets and channels. If you want to be part of building a brand and not just cooking for one, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations & Execution

• Run daily kitchen operations, including prep, line setup, service and closing
• Make sure every dish matches brand specs for taste, portion and presentation
• Manage service across dine-in, takeaway and delivery platforms (Swiggy/Zomato), with a focus on speed and order accuracy
• Supervise, train and schedule commis and kitchen helpers

Quality, Hygiene & Compliance

• Maintain FSSAI-compliant hygiene, food safety and storage standards
• Run daily checklists for temperature logs, FIFO, labelling and cleaning schedules
• Make sure every shift is audit-ready

Inventory & Cost Control

• Handle indents, stock management and receiving checks for vendor deliveries
• Track wastage and work to keep food cost within target
• Help create and maintain recipe costing and standard recipe cards

Menu & Brand Development

• Work with management on new menu items, seasonal specials and menu engineering
• Standardise recipes and SOPs so the brand can be replicated across new locations
• Share ideas from customer feedback and food trends

Growth & Expansion

• Help set up kitchens for new outlets, cloud kitchen units or franchise models as the brand expands
• Train new teams on brand standards during rollouts
• Grow into a senior kitchen leadership role as the business scales
• What We're Looking For 3–6 years of kitchen experience, ideally in QSR, gourmet burgers/sandwiches, casual dining or cloud kitchens
• Strong grounding in fast food techniques: grilling, frying, sauces, bread and assembly
• Experience handling high-volume service and delivery-platform orders
• Working knowledge of food costing, inventory and FSSAI norms
• A leader who stays calm under pressure and is hands-on on the line
• An ownership mindset: you treat the kitchen like your own
• A culinary diploma or degree (IHM or equivalent) is a plus, not mandatory
