Civil Site Engineer

ob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, measurements, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Candidates with prior experience in residential projects will be preferred. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and labour teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Take and verify site measurements.
• Read and interpret civil and construction drawings.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
• Monitor manpower and material requirements.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Architect, and concerned teams.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential construction and site execution.
• Good understanding of civil construction activities.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of site measurements and quantity calculations.
• Knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage contractors, labour, and site activities.
• Candidate RequirementsB.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer.
• Residential construction experience is preferred.
• Candidates with independent site-handling experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work at project sites.
