Cold Calling Executive: US Sales

We're Pixelwand, an AI-powered sales CRM. You'll call US-based agency founders and sales leaders, book demos, and help build our sales pipeline from the ground up.

Pay:

• Guaranteed base: ₹22,000/month
• Plus ₹1,200 for every demo you book that actually gets attended
• Plus 10% of the monthly revenue from any customer you helped bring in, paid every month they stay with us
• Callers hitting target (about 4 meetings booked a week) typically total ₹55,000-70,000/month once bonuses and commission are included. This isn't a fixed salary, it depends on your output, so we're telling you the real base and showing you the math, not promising a number we can't guarantee.

What the role looks like:

• Monday-Friday, US business hours (evening/night IST)
• 100-150 dials a day using our power dialer
• Every call logged in our CRM
• Full training provided, no prior SaaS experience needed, calling or sales experience is a plus
