Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Follow-up: Contact customers through phone calls, messages, or visits to remind them about pending payments.
- Payment Collection: Encourage customers to pay their outstanding EMIs, loan installments, credit card bills, or other dues.
- Payment Reminders: Inform customers about due dates, overdue amounts, and late payment charges.
- Customer Handling: Listen to customers' financial concerns and help them understand available payment options.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer calls, payment commitments, and collection status.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets assigned by the company.
- Negotiation: Communicate professionally with customers and encourage them to clear overdue payments.
- Reporting: Submit daily collection reports and update customer information in the company's system.
- Field Visits: Visit customers when required for payment follow-ups or collection-related activities.
- Policy Compliance: Follow company policies and applicable regulations while dealing with customers.
