Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payday loan payments.
  • Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and outstanding loan amounts.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Negotiate payment commitments and maintain PTP (Promise to Pay) records.
  • Handle customer queries and payment-related disputes professionally.
  • Maintain accurate call records, collection updates, and MIS reports.
  • Follow company policies, customer communication standards, and applicable RBI guidelines.
  • Required SkillsExperience in NBFC, Fintech, Payday Loan Collections, or Loan Recovery preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and meet collection targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with collection dialers or LMS.
  • Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven approach.
