Job Description
We're a fast-moving cloud kitchen making Detroit deep dish pizzas, loaded sandwiches, and some seriously good food. We're looking for a Commis Chef who's quick, sharp, and ready to work hard in a high-energy kitchen.
What You'll Do
• Work directly under our Chef de Partie across daily prep and production
• Execute recipes accurately, consistently, and at pace
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at your station
• Support inventory checks, stock rotation, and waste control
• Learn fast, take feedback well, and grow with the team
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of kitchen experience in a professional setup
• Comfortable with fast prep and high-volume production
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (FSSAI standards)
• Background in cloud kitchen, QSR, or casual dining preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player — the fundamentals matter here
