✨ About the Role
We are looking for passionate bakery professionals to join our Bread, Brownie & Pastry production team. You will help prepare high-quality bakery products while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and production standards.
🧑🍳 Key Responsibilities
🍞 Prepare and bake breads, brownies, and pastries following recipes
⚖️ Measure and mix ingredients accurately
🔥 Monitor baking time, oven temperature, and product quality
🎂 Assist in decorating and finishing pastry products
🧼 Maintain food safety, hygiene, and clean workstations
🤝 Work with chefs and team to meet daily production targets
🎓 Qualifications
📜 Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts (preferred)
🥐 Experience in bakery or pastry production is a plus
📚 Good knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
