Content Creator And Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and self-driven Content Creator to manage our complete social media presence. You will own everything — from strategy and shooting to editing, posting, and performance tracking. This is a full-cycle content role, and we are open to training the right person who brings creativity, technical skills, and a modern approach to content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies

• Shoot videos and photos independently (Reels, product content, behind-the-scenes, site visits)

• Operate a drone to capture aerial and cinematic footage for projects and properties

• Edit short-form videos and creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms

• Engage with the audience — comments, DMs, and community management

• Track analytics and report on content performance

• Research trends and apply relevant formats to our brand

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation (freshers with strong portfolios welcome)

• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera

• Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar

• Basic knowledge of Canva or graphic design tools

• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends

• Self-motivated, creative, and reliable

AI Tools Knowledge — Highly Important

We are an AI-forward team. The ideal candidate must be actively using AI tools in their content workflow. This includes:

• Video and Editing: CapCut AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly

• Voiceover and Audio: ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast

• Copywriting: ChatGPT, Notion AI for captions and scripts

• Visuals: Midjourney, Canva AI for creatives

Drone Piloting — Highly Preferred

• Must have basic to intermediate drone flying skills

• Ability to capture aerial shots, property walkthroughs, and cinematic footage

• Knowledge of safe flying practices and local regulations is a plus

• Experience editing drone footage into final content is preferred

Good to Have

• A personal or managed social media page to showcase your work

• Basic DSLR or smartphone photography skills

• Experience with AI-generated voiceovers, auto-captions, or background removal tools

• Prior experience shooting real estate, construction, or lifestyle content
