About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Content Creator who can capture, edit, and present premium construction and interior design content.

This role is not just about posting — it is about building a luxury brand presence and documenting real on-site execution, design thinking, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (Core Role)

• Shoot high-quality videos and photos of:

• 
  
• Construction sites
• Interior design work
• Before/after transformations
• Materials, finishes, detailing
• Capture daily on-site content (real, raw, engaging)

2. Video Editing & Reels

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and videos
• Add:
• 
  
• 
  
• Music
• Transitions
• Text overlays
• Voice sync (if required)
• Maintain a premium, luxury visual style

3. Personal Brand Content (Arjun Maan)

• Document:
• 
  
• 
  
• Site visits
• Decision-making moments
• Builder lifestyle
• Create content around:
• 
  
• 
  
• “Day in the life of a builder”
• Construction insights
• Business + real estate knowledge

4. Social Media Execution

• Plan and schedule content
• Maintain consistency (daily/regular posting)
• Optimize content for engagement and reach

5. Creative Direction

• Suggest content ideas and trends
• Build a distinct brand identity for Macrosense
• Align content with luxury positioning

Requirements

• Experience in content creation (real estate / architecture preferred)
• Strong skills in:

• Video shooting (iPhone / camera)
• Editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut)
• Understanding of Instagram & YouTube content trends
• Ability to work on-site and adapt quickly
