We help clients buy premium residential and commercial property in Delhi-NCR, working mainly with County Group and other leading developers. Our approach is simple: we advise first, and we transact after.

Our clients are high-value buyers and investors, so our content has to be clear, accurate and trustworthy. We are a growing team that works with clear systems, written processes and measurable targets, and we use AI tools in our daily work.

What You Will Do (Your Daily Work, Explained Simply)1. Social media content

• Write captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube posts
• Write short, engaging text for reels, carousels and stories
• Work with our designer and social media team so the words and visuals match

2. Property and project content

• Write clear descriptions of projects: location, configurations, amenities, connectivity and pricing highlights
• Prepare content for brochures, client booklets, flyers and presentations
• Turn technical project details into simple language a buyer can understand

3. Video and podcast scripts

• Write scripts for YouTube videos, property walkthroughs, reels and podcast episodes
• Make the scripts natural to speak, not just to read

4. Marketing and advertising copy

• Write ad copy for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google campaigns
• Write WhatsApp broadcast messages and email campaigns for clients and leads
• Write text for landing pages and the company website

5. Blogs and market updates

• Write blogs and articles on Noida and Delhi-NCR real estate: market trends, new launches, investment guidance and buyer tips
• Write content that helps our website rank on Google (basic SEO)

6. Accuracy and brand voice

• Check every fact, price and project detail before publishing
• Keep all content consistent with A&G's premium, advisory-first brand voice
• Never make misleading claims about returns, pricing or approvals
• Who Should ApplyAt least 1 year of paid, professional content writing experience (internships alone do not count)
• Real estate, finance or luxury-brand writing experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent written English; good written Hindi is a plus
• Can write different formats: short social captions, long blogs, ad copy and scripts
• Knows basic SEO and is comfortable using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude etc.) while still checking and improving the output
• Meets deadlines without reminders and accepts feedback well

How Your Work Will Be MeasuredYou will be judged on:

• Number of content pieces delivered on time every week
• Quality and accuracy (zero factual errors in published content)
• Performance of your content: engagement on social media, enquiries from ads and campaigns, and website traffic from blogs
• How quickly you turn around revisions

Important Things to Know Before ApplyingPlease read these carefully so there are no surprises later:

• The salary is fixed within ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on your skills and experience. There is no variable or incentive component.
• No PF or other employee benefits are provided at this time.
• Punctuality is strict: reporting time is 10:30 AM. Arriving even one minute late leads to a half-day salary deduction for that day.
• Tuesday is the weekly off. Saturdays and Sundays are working days.
• This is a work-from-office role in Sector 18, Noida. No work from home.
• We are looking for immediate joiners.
• Writing samples are compulsory. Applications without samples will not be considered.
