Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Servers.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow components including Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, and client-side scripts.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Scripted REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with OAuth, SAML, and other authentication methods.
• Good understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Knowledge of CSM is a plus.

• ServiceNow certified CSA and/or CAD certification.
