• Key ResponsibilitiesSales ExecutiveGenerate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers through calls and emails.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
• Customer Support ExecutiveHandle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• International Voice Process ExecutiveHandle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Assist customers with queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
• Work in rotational/night shifts as required.
• Required QualificationsGraduate/Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in Sales, Customer Service, or International BPO.
