Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Telesales Representative to help us grow our customer base. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone, introducing our products or services, handling objections, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

• Make Outbound Calls: Contact prospective and existing customers from a provided database to pitch our products or services.
• Handle Inbound Enquiries: Respond to incoming phone calls and messages from marketing campaigns and qualify potential buyers.
• Drive Conversions & Upsells: Use effective sales scripts and active listening to understand customer needs and close deals.
• Manage Objections: Calmly address customer questions, resolve minor grievances, and turn rejections into opportunities.
• Update CRM Records: Log all call outcomes, customer details, follow-up dates, and sales orders accurately in our CRM system.
• Meet Quotas: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and revenue targets.
