Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and process guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chats.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints within the defined TAT.
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
- Update customer details and interaction records in the CRM.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and data security.
- Adhere to attendance, punctuality, and shift schedules.
