Job DescriptionMorena Technologies is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Noida office.
This is a pure customer support role with no sales and no sales targets. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing appropriate support and solutions.
- ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues politely and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
