💼 Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients/customers to follow up on claim status and related requirements.
• Understand client requirements through effective questioning, probing, and active listening.
• Handle customer/client queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Use effective, non-scripted probing techniques to identify requirements and resolve concerns.
• Maintain a confident, professional, and presentable communication style.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and convincing skills.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute towards achieving team targets.
• Adapt effectively to process changes, client requirements, and business needs.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

• US-Based Fixed Night Shifts
• Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• 5 Days Working
• Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
• Full-Time | Permanent

💰 Salary & Incentives

₹17,000-19,000 In-Hand
