Process: Banking – Inbound

Profile: Customer Care Executive

Department: Customer Service (BPO)


  • Handle inbound calls from banking customers and resolve their queries professionally.
  • Assist customers with basic banking services, account-related queries, debit/credit cards, transactions, loans, and other banking products.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Identify suitable opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant banking products and services.
