Job Description:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Swiggy process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:· Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls/chat/email
· Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
· Provide accurate information about services and orders
· Maintain proper records of customer interactions
· Ensure customer satisfaction with quality service
Eligibility Criteria:· Graduate or Undergraduate (both can apply)
· Good communication skills in English
· Basic computer knowledge
· Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Salary & Benefits:· In-hand Salary: ₹14,000 per month
· Rotational shifts
