Job description:

  • Manage the CRM platform (e.g., WATI, ZOHO etc.), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns for lead generation, customer retention, and engagement.
  • Handle Client/Student feedback and contribute to improving customer experience.
  • Analyze Client/Student data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Segment Client/Student data for targeted communication and offers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to streamline customer journey mapping.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Manage approximately 60–80 calls per day, including new calls and follow-ups.
  • Make outbound calls to leads generated through webinars, events, marketing campaigns, referrals and other channels.
